What the best way to clean burnt fats

Eaning the oven, stove, and cookware from burnt grease Golden rules: • It is mandatory to carefully read the instructions for use and warnings on the product label before using the product.
- When cleaning with a regular degreaser, protective gloves should be used and it is also advisable to wear a protective mask.
- Durability of the equipment being treated: Some ovens and stoves contain parts made of different metals. It is important to know that standard degreasers can irreversibly damage aluminum parts.
If in doubt or concerned, test on a small, hidden area. Alternatively, you can use Touch Green Care, an ecological degreaser that is safe to use and friendly to both the user and the environment.
- Do not mix degreaser with any substance other than water and dishwashing liquid.
Cleaning the oven Useful tip: Place an aluminum pan at the bottom of the oven, it will catch all the spills and dirt from above, especially if you are grilling something on the grid. It is advisable to clean the oven near the end of use while the fats are still fresh. If the oven has a steam program, it is recommended to use it. In any case, cleaning the surfaces after a light heating will speed up and make the operation easier. Be sure to use gloves, spray a degreaser (it is advisable to use a foaming product to prevent breathing in the fumes of the material, to prevent repeated splashing and to achieve a long contact time on the surface) on the inner walls and bottom of the oven, (avoid spraying the fan area). Activate a heating program (without turbo) for 5 minutes on a low heat of 30-40 degrees. Turn off the oven, make sure that the oven is not too hot and go over all surfaces with a damp cloth or fine scotch tape. Clean the cloth well with water and go over it again. If the stains are particularly stubborn, you can repeat the process and place a wide, heat-resistant container with water in it while the oven is heating. The steam produced during heating will aid in the cleaning process.
Cleaning the grid It is advisable to clean the grid immediately after use, before the dirt dries. The grid is cleaned with hot water with dishwashing liquid, go over the rails with a sponge or cloth. If necessary, spray with a degreaser (perform the operation in the sink), wait a few minutes and rinse well with running water.
Cleaning a gas stove The gas heads are disassembled and immersed in hot water with dishwashing liquid for a few minutes. If they are made of aluminum, regular degreaser should not be used. You can use Touch Green Care’s ecological degreaser without fear. The stove surface is cleaned with a degreaser, spray, wait a few minutes, and wipe with a clean, damp cloth or a gentle cleaning sponge.
At the end of the operation, clean with a clean, damp cloth.
Please note, do not mix or use with different materials on the surface, irreversible damage may occur! Do not leave the degreaser on for longer than 15 minutes.
Cleaning cookware and pans (stainless steel or glass or clay): Pans should be cleaned with hot water and dishwashing liquid. Leave for a few minutes. If necessary, spray the surface of the pan with a degreaser and wait a few minutes before continuing cleaning. Stainless steel pots with grease stuck to them – proceed as with pans.
